KIDS CREW Academy

KIDS CREW Academy is a unique program designed for children with a passion for acting, dance, singing, or other creative fields. It offers an authentic environment where young talents can develop their skills, learn teamwork, explore different film professions, and gain hands-on experience both in front of and beyond the camera.

Our academy builds on the core idea of KIDS CREW – a space where kids create for kids. On our channel, followed by millions of viewers worldwide, participants have the opportunity to showcase their talent, continue growing, and gain valuable experience. The program helps children develop new abilities, grow in confidence, and most importantly – collect unforgettable memories.

How Does the Academy Work?

We collaborate with casting agencies, drama clubs, and schools to find children who are eager to create and learn. Participants go through a simple onboarding process, become familiar with the filming environment, and are invited to join selected KIDS CREW formats. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, they gain valuable practice, feedback, and encouragement for their future growth.

Our goal is to give children the chance to explore their talent, strengthen their abilities, and experience real production firsthand. The program walks them through the full creative process – from rehearsals to script work to shooting days. Along the way, they learn how to collaborate, work with emotions, and discover essential behind-the-scenes roles – including directing, camera work, animation, or editing.
